ZANITA FILMS is an established production company based
at Ardmore Studios. Its producer Seamus Byrne has over
30 years experience in film production. The Zanita ethos
is to work at the highest level in terms of filmmaking
and ensure the best possible end product.
Zanita produces tv commercials for the
domestic market.
Zanita offers a full production service
to incoming clients wishing to film in Ireland. Recent
credits include ‘Guinness Christmas Card’
for Nice Shirt Films.
In recent years Zanita has produced many
successful short films both live action and animation
which have won a host of awards and have reached cinema
audiences worldwide.
Zanita Films has produced 6 x 30' animated
commercials for BC Dairy Canada, directed by Ruairi
Robinson. The first three spots titled 'T-Rex', 'Sabertooth'
and 'Rock Monster' have been entered for the Cannes
Lyons Festival in June and are currently on air in Canada.
'T Rex' 60' is also being screened in cinemas in Vancouver
since April 1st.
The new campaign tells the story of a
caveman who is NOT a survivor. In each story, an unfortunate
caveman meets his demise when he makes a poor food or
beverage choice. These hilarious animated spots depict
how nutrition choices can affect your overall success
and remind viewers to choose milk. The advertising agency
is DDB Canada, and post production is through Screen
Scene.
